Ryanair in Boeing Paint Scheme
Just wondered if anyone knew anything about the 737 thats flying in and out of Liverpool in the new Boeing Paint Scheme? .. :O
|
:)
It is sponsored by Boeing, this is the 787 promotion scheme,Ryanair where the first one to have it,Air Berlin had it on a 737-700 for a short time,it was removed after they ordered Airbus,Korean have it on a 737-900 and China Airlines have it on a 747-400,except they have their orchid on the tail. |
Dreamliner livery been doing the rounds for a while now, seems to pop up everywhere.

DCL
EI DCL is painted as such for TWO reasons...
To promote the boeing dreamliner, and secondly, it was a major milestone aircraft for both FR and Boeing, as she was the 800th 737-800 to be rolled off the line. |
The paint scheme interests me from the POV of the poor guy applying it! The stripey bit- I assume it is transfer or it would not be easy trying to paint that on. Even transfers must be hard to apply as a long stripey thing will show any minor bend or misalignment. Anyone who knows got any comments on it?

it looks a bit like the airbus livery
|
How ever much much more nicer! Thanks for the responces :)

I heard it was applied for free by boeing as the aircraft was xyz off the line and was done for advertising the dreamliner thus saving ryan air the cost of painting it.
|
Pity the paint job didn't extend to the winglets!;)
