Some Questions

Can someone help me to find out the answer of the following questions?
1. What's the meaning of condensation trail?
2. What is cross bleed start of aircraft?
3. Are there any other terms to describe go-around?
4. The cross-wind tolerance of common jet airliners?(e.g. B747, A320, A330, A340, MD11, etc.)

1) Google for that!
2) Using HP air from one engine to drive the air starter on another
3) Missed approach and sometimes 'overshoot'
4) Up to 40kts steady x-wind as a 'ball park'

3. A more uncommon term is Baulked Approach........although I've only ever seen that in older flight manuals.
