With all the news and photos of the Flyglobespan 767, any news on the much delayed Flyjet 767???????

cleared for take off 10th April 2006 23:53

rumoured to be flying through MAN on Good Friday on a LGW-MAN-TFS-LGW.

flyBHXuk 11th April 2006 00:57

So when is the a/c due to arrive? I heard it was due for delivery today (Tuesday)! I'll believe it when I actually see it!

Bundanoon 11th April 2006 01:50

There was a Flyglobespan B767 GCDPT training at EGCN today

I see the Flyjet 767 still hasn't arrived?! Guess it'll be the 757 doing the LGW-MAN-TFS-LGW tomorrow then!

richardnei 13th April 2006 18:48

I read in the new May edition of Airliner World that the Flyjet 767 is going to be used for the new STN-Bermuda routing operating for the vitual airline Fly First Class.

Is this true.

I thought it was to be used for charter flights.

airish 13th April 2006 19:06

According to http://www.cactuswings.!!!!!!!!.com/ the 767 has had two airtests one on the 5th April and the other on the 8th April.

GrahamK 13th April 2006 19:23

Where are the new (1/2?) 757-200s coming from?

flyBHXuk 13th April 2006 20:33

Flyjet 767

I heard that they aren't getting another 757 now, the LGW based 757 (EA) is relocating to NCL to operate the flight programme from there and the 767 will operate all LGW flights, charter and long-haul.

jethro15 13th April 2006 20:59

The B767 was due to deliver to LGW today. Did it arrive?

flyBHXuk 13th April 2006 21:00

Flyjet 767

Well the FJE840 MAN-TFS tomorrow has been subbed to a 743 and the FJE420 LGW-TFS has been subbed to a 752! Mmm could this be because the 767 hasn't arrived?

goldeneye 13th April 2006 21:17

Does anyone know where this a/craft is going to operate to (aside from the pos BDA flights). Is it going to the traditional longhaul dest like dom rep, cancun, sanford etc. And which tour ops is it going to br flying for.

flyBHXuk 13th April 2006 21:47

Flyjet 767

The 762 is doing the BDA flight from STN 4 times a week and the rest of the time it'll be doing short haul from LGW (TFS, ACE etc)

airchabum 14th April 2006 01:28

There's a flightplan in for 767-200 G-FJEC to operate PHX-LGW eta 1215 14th April.

How will the B767 do BDA and ILM 4 times a week and then do short haul with only 90 SEATS, which it is supposed to be getting.

Mr Gammon Flaps 14th April 2006 09:23

It isn't. BHX boy doesn't have a clue.
