Not yet..but Amtrak have

However, over 1 million undergoing forced evacuations on the East Coast from Miami up through Jacksonville.

Hurricane should be ashore by tomorrow according to WNBC. No target area pinpointed yet, although the best guess is about 80 - 100 miles north of Miami, but this could change. From there, it will go through Florida, into Georgia etc before turning back out to sea.

Orlando at a minimum will see Tropical Storm type winds if not Hurricane strength (70+ mph).

To put a little perspective on it, I'm not sure if you remember Hurricane Andrew in 1991? that destroyed Dade County. Well, Hurricane Frances is twice that size with hurricane strength winds extending out 80 miles from the eye of the Hurricane.

And look here for the official overall forecast from the National Hurricane Center in Miami. Updates every three hours at the moment. Will probably switch to two hours when the storm gets closer.
