How much does it cost to host an airshow?

Just checked on a familiar website regarding their air shows and I admit to making a sharp intake of breath!
So I wondered how much does it cost to host an air show? How much for fuel? How much ends up as profit? Is it ultimately viable in the current climate?
For me the cost is diesel £40. Tickets £90 (two adults). Food £20. So around £150 for a typical show.
