BA LGW - POS, crew change in St Lucia?

I guess the extra 25 mins to POS forces a crew change, but do they have a crew that just does the St Lucia to POS hop and back again on the return leg? That would be a cushy number, but I guess there's more to it than this? First time in years on a 777, acceleration from standstill still feels quicker than most new generation planes - is this the case or does it just feel like that? And this wasn't brakes on full throttle like the 146 out of Scatsta, it was engines on idle when it started rolling.

Yes, here's why (just in case - UVF= St Lucia)

The "shuttle" day on that trip is usually a case of operate the UVF-POS, then roughly a couple of hours later operate the return POS-UVF. From the time of report at UVF to the off duty time back at UVF is about a 5 and a half hour duty day..however...

At either end of the duty period the crew endure (and I mean endure) two lengthy bus rides- hotel to airport, airport to hotel (ah, the glamour..), so whilst It may appear "cushy" the whole day out in uniform can be a lengthy one with not a lot of aviating.
