EI-SEV (Ryanair 737-700)
Hello, I was surprised to see it in BHX yesterday.
Checking on FR24, it seems it was operating a scheduled flight (DUB I think). I thought it was converted in some kind of biz jet for charter ops. Is it still the case ? If yes, how is it that it operates flights that are supposed to be flown by a 189 seater ? |
I may be going out on a limb here, but maybe some FR routes, some days, don't need all 189 seats ?
|
RYR used to use it predominantly for crew training until about 18 months ago, but AFAIK it now flies the line like any other of their 737s, albeit with a somewhat reduced number of seats.
According to FR24, it flew 4 rotations from DUB yesterday, all scheduled flights. |
Saw it crew training at EMA about 3 weeks ago. Either that or it made half a dozen or more missed approaches! :)

Yes, lots of instances of "FR13", in between those revenue flights.
Probably not a flight number you'd want to see on your boarding pass. :O |
