Why not dispense all flight deck beverages in adult versions of kids non spill mugs? Simples.

When I was on my ATC course many years ago we had a presentation and slide show from an accident investigator. He showed us a slide taken up the aisle of an Olympic aircraft when the flight deck doors used to be left open. On the centre console were glasses of wine for the crew!
