Somebody was lucky to be at the spot and took a foto FOTO: Her rammer flyhale jorden i Kastrup - TV 2 Nyhederne |
What a photo! I guess, however, we must suffer the usual cries of 'photoshop':ugh:
I'm interested in the quarterbacks theory of why they went round.:) |
I'm interested in the quarterbacks theory of why they went round Please send me my prize immediately. |
Before I send your prize, E, let me take you a little further:
When you are not selling Coronation Flags, you are on the ground on a long runway and you think you may have damaged the aircraft tail. I'll log one vote for 'let's go flying again'. Anyone else? |
Looking at googlemap I'd say the aircraft is pictured quite a long way down 22L and the tail strike occurred as they rotated after the decision to go around.
Therefore they were landing long with potential for an over-run???? Pure guess, no expectations of a prize! |
BOAC.... it's all down to AV or NO!
