Please could any crew that has visited Funchal (LPMA ex LPFU) recently please tell me if there is ILS installed on Runway 23.

If there is, is there an offset Localiser.

I have conflicting information.

There is no ILS. Runway 23 at Madeira (LPMA) is a circling VOR DME approach.

Pilots must ensure the aircraft is fully configured with landing flaps before reaching the FUN VOR. And musn't descend below MDA(H) before the 3.0° PAPI glideslope is intercepted.

Straight in approaches are not authorised from Funchal VOR to RWY 23.

All landings at LPMA are to be made in visual conditions.
