Pictures of the strike

Hello,

Is their any pictures of the strike, such as all the BA aircraft parked up at M1 and all the other airlines parked up at T5.

Regards.

We staff working with the charters have been very impressed with the Viking and Transavia female cabin crew. We have voted them the best looking and fittest girls we have seen for a long time. Tranavia uniforms to die for!!

Lots of pix of airplanes with blue-sky backgrounds. NOT ONE that has any indication or substantiation of where it is! Pix of airplanes at gates with other evidence (e.g., schedule board with flight number & gate number) would be much more persuasive...

Can't help thinking you misunderstand this thread, Intruder. This is Spectator's Balcony, and people have posted some (great!) photos of aircraft at LHR that they wouldn't normally get to see there.

I don't think anyone is making any political point here re the BA dispute, that is left to the CC forum and the thread in SLF....

Agree with Intruder. I might be 65 but I'd much rather see piccies of the Transavia hosties than all that junk, which I've seen a million times already.

Intruder 22nd Mar 2010 09:05

From the OP, "this thread" was a request for "pictures of the strike, such as all the BA aircraft parked up at M1 and all the other airlines parked up at T5." I see nothing indicating a strike, and nothing indicating unusual aircraft at Heathrow.

Maybe the spotters could point their lenses so there is some context to their pix. Or are spotters not real photographers...

At LHR it's nigh on impossible to shoot on the ground alas. You'd need to be flying and airside for most of that alas.

Seconded. :ok: Although I'm about 20 years H. D's junior.

There was a time when I would near faint at the sight of a Martinair hostie!

It must have been those DC-9 visits to Cork long ago!

OK, I admit it. I'm only scrolling through this thread in a vain hope of getting a glimpse of the Transavia hotties, too... :uhoh:

Golden opportunity for the engineers to clear all those allowable deficiencies(snags) must be lots of overtime ? The fleet should be tip top when they resume flying ?

@HZ123

I do remember the fight for shifts when the Viking aircraft was due in last summer!

Excellent pics.
