Information request about Emirates

Hey, everyone.
I am hanging out here with a regional airline and looking to move on. Emirates seems like a nice place to be. Trained there with the Army before. Any and all info. would be greatly appreciated. Actual requirements vs. the posted ones. Interview and testing..etc.
