Unusual Aircraft
Last year as I passed through MAN on my way to work I saw an aircraft which had no name on it or any identifying marks. It was large but I couldnt tell as it was partially blocked by trees whether it was a twin or 4 engined. It was silver from cockpit to wings then dark grey/black from wings to tail with a large burnt orange circle just behind the wings. It will probably be a cargo aircraft as it had no windows on the fuselage but if anyone can identify it I would be interested to know what it is. Cheers Donnlass:confused: |
Sounds like Titan Airways, although having no windows wouldn't. It could have been one of the converted 737-300s or 757-200.

Titan Airways
Hi RingwaySam
Thanks for your reply, it certainly looks like the plane I saw, I remember the stars on it as well, although I only had a quick glance at it as the bus was turning. But that certailnly looks like it. Donnlass |
Yes It was a 757, Titan did a few flights.
