Can padels be adjusted ?

Can the pedals be adjusted in every aircraft ?? I know pilots can move their sets to fit their height, but can the pedals can also be moved?

If yes, how far can they be moved ??:)

Cranks - in front of the control column.

Do they adjust the height of the pedals, or how far out they come?

Because obviously you can slide the seat forward or back as well.

with the cranks you´ve seen the pedals move fwd/aft as well as up/down in a diagonal way. sometimes if you first take your seat ,you think your colleague has no legs at all;)... that far they move out (and in).

Rudder pedal adjustment

oopsars, the answer to your first question is no. Most aircraft do not have adjustable rudder pedals. Most modern airline transport types do, however. I have never flown a light airplane or heicopter with adjustable pedals.

Most aircraft do not have adjustable rudder pedals.
Really? Apart from just about everything between a Bell 206 and a 747. :)

MD 902 Explorer certainly has 4 or 5 different pedal settings.

Wouldn't want to fly anything without adjustable rudder man..:=
Don't think I'll fit in it.:}

Adjustable Rudder pedals.

oopsars, I stand corrected. I guess I should get out more often, and fly a wider variety of aircraft. Regards.

Thank you so much everyone..:8

If you are talking about light aircraft then the DA40 (Diamond Star) has adjustable rudder pedals but the seat cannot be adjusted in any way. :*

Virtually every glider I've flown has adjustable rudder pedals, so it appears that it's span cans that are the odd ones out!

Citation 500 series (500,501,550,551,560,S550) pedals are adjustable and so is the seat.

Gazelle yaw pedals can be adjusted to one of two positions, and those on the Lynx are also adjustable, by turning a knurled kn0b down by the pedals.

Lynx seat goes up and down only (and when it goes down unexpectedly it really gets your attention, especially with kevlar), while Gazelle seat on the mil version at least slides horizontally between 3 or 4 settings.
