Airshow display, wasn't it?

Talk Wrench 30th Mar 2006 18:15

Cool Vid

But isn't depth of field through telescoping lenses deceiving?

That improved climb/increased v2 is a bitch isnt it?

747FOCAL 30th Mar 2006 18:50

I think somebody said this is a fake. The engine noise does not seem accurate either.

hetfield 30th Mar 2006 18:52

Stick full aft and you will get it.

jetsun 30th Mar 2006 18:54

Not real

Hate to say it guys, but the aircraft in the video performed just like an R/C model. How else do you explain the jet being smaller than the Cessna's in the background?

Rainboe 30th Mar 2006 19:11

It's an old one I'm afraid. Show-offy pilot at airshow. Also more appropriate in Spotters? I mean that is the obvious place, isn't it?

Hansoff 30th Mar 2006 19:19

Has noone accelerated in levelflight, cleaned up and then pulled back into a wingover? It works in GA - just watch the ASI. It works in empty turbo-props and jets as well.
