The Italian Job (I)

Having watched the ORIGINAL Italian Job again over the weekend, who is able to identify the Chinese(?) aircraft which delivers the gold to Turin airport?

Something that has bugged me for years!

May the Matatu be with you.

It's been on UK TV about 5 times in the last 5 years - and yeas, I'd also wondered, so thanks!

If ever you read James Herriott, in one of his post-war books he records a flight in one of the three based in Europe while he was supervising animal shipments.

Yes,probably HP-379,which ,reading Airyard's link,was scrapped at Turin in September 1970.
