Can you identify this plane?
Meant to post this earlier, but forgot.
Friday I was coming back from Le Touquet when we had to divert to Lydd due to weather. There was this really groovy aeroplane there but neither of us knew what it was. Twin engines (inverted in-line, like you'd see on a DeHavilland), polished metal bodywork, German registration. Round nose with canopy all the way to the front, going about halfway down. Something about coffee beans written on the side of the nose. I should have got a photo really, but forgot. It looked really cool. |
Just a stab in the dark from a mere aviation groupie (saving for the big watch), could it have been Aero 45 D-GHBN?
