The interesting thing about this post is not the money but that about half the individuals have such a low public profile.
Branson, Bishop, Crossland & Haji-Ioannou are household names.
Hood, Walker, Gold, Wolfe & Balmforth most certainly are not. However, you can be sure that they are no less influential than their front men.
I would love to watch some of these businessmen in action in the boardroom. It just might answer some questions about the culture in some airlines.
Interesting that Brad Burgess didn't get a look in. Barbara Cassani made about £10,000,000 if I remember correctly.

I did look for Barbara but she didn't get an entry...maybe next year with her book sales..
Also, Virgin is the no 1 company in the UK with the most millionaires. BMI is 9th in this catagory..

They reckon Mr Crosslands stake is worth just £7m...and value the Crossland family's other assets including share sales and holiday homes at £185m..
