Cool The roar of 2 Tornados!

The roar of planes startled many people in our village at lunchtime today. Two Tornados flew overhead and were captured on video and photographed by several quick-thinking people. The last operational Tornado F3s in RAF service were retired in March 2011 Anyone know where these could have come from? Location, West Suffolk, UK.

Regards Bunty.

There's a deployment of Italian Tornados at Volkel in the Netherlands at the moment. Not that far, as the Tornado flies, from Suffolk.

Hi…. More than likely German a/f Tornados taking part in exercise “Steadfast Noon”. They operated into the UK at low level on several days last week!
