Good one!

Wasn't there a red DC-9/MD-80 of someone (European ?) in the 90's that was in McD's colours of the time and served McD's to the passengers at 30,000ft ?

chevvron, I agree.

How about Col Sauders Roe Princess flying boat?

I used to walk past the Princess flying boat on my way to school. It languished forlorn, cocooned on a slipway for years before it was scrapped.
