Just before I posted the picture, about about 11.20am. They then all disappeared a few minutes later, but the F35 is now back hovering over Chepstow

Edit and gone again!

Interloping Spitfire in SE skies today with the Grace two seater G-LFIX enjoying a leisurely trip down to the south coast at Beach Head via Reading and back to Sywell via Duxford.

The prototype trainer Spit G-AIDN seems to be flying again from Biggin, assume she's been getting some TLC for a while as I haven't noticed her about for a while.

Funny! I flew on a BMI example that was on it's second revenue flight between LBA and LHR, the smell of new aircraft was joyously overpowering. I liked them as an aircraft and in the 90's they seemed to be everywhere within Europe and it was a regular occurrence to find one at the gate for your flight. Now gone courtesy of Embraer, Airbus and Bombardier.

Around two-thirds of the active F100s appear to be registered in Australia. D-AOLG is also destined for Qantaslink in a couple of months' time.

Coincidentally, one of Carpatair's two examples was also OTT yesterday, enroute to Manchester: https://myneighbourhood.emsbk.com/lh...btrak/51298282

Those two have been the only F100/F70s I've picked up in the last month.

Familiar howl while i was sheltering from heavy rain in the woods just now, AN-124 presumably into Brize. He seemed relatively low.
