Interesting aircraft - what have you seen on your computer today?
It certainly visited LGW in June 2006, possibly on other occasions too.

Don't know if this is old news, but there's a Draken Aero-L159 (G-DKND), out of Darlington, currently working with an RAF Typhoon over the North Sea. Quick check of G-INFO suggest they have 6 on the UK registry.

Saw a Tiger Moth this morning flying from near Oxford to East Anglia - freezing cold day so must have been well wrapped up. Seemed to average about 85 kts not bad for 80 years old.
RAF Chinook flying in circles over Marlow yesterday, it must have done 9 or 10 circuits then continued on its journey. Usually they just fly straight over in and out of Benson. Maybe the pilot was just bored.

Noticed an Azerbaijan B777 (Government?) that left Baku, flew over Turkey and along the Med to Spain, turned North over Madrid to mid English Channel, then turned SE near Dover and is now in Czech airspace. Be interesting to know what that route was all about?

On a Thameslink to Cambridge, just been overflown at Hitchin by a USAF C-17 out of Stansted! Maybe THIS trip I'll see a CV-22 roaming round the Bury/Diss area but it'll have to be this afternoon...
Only FR24 calls it Darlington, to the rest of the world it's Teesside. Replacing Hawks in the Aggressor role.

Nice view of an Apache hovering at 50' over a field alongside the railway somewhere north of Duxford. I could see him on ADSB and was looking up...

This also happened 2 or 3 weeks ago. I wonder if it is a regular occurrence.

Listening to a Chinook blatting along the Thames somewhere around Hampton Court which is 10+ miles away across SW London... amazing how clear it is really as the wind feels like its out of the southeast.

Blast! Just missed a Gulfstream II heading into Luton/Stansted about an hour ago... honestly thought they had more than seen their day. Surprised I didn't hear those Speys even from 18000' and five or six miles... A favourite type.
