If I may. As far as I'm aware the three people in the rear seats in Victor bomber days consisted of an AEO, a Navigator (plotter) and a Navigator (radar). What happened to the roles when the Victor became a tanker?

sIt was the same when it went into the Tanker role, Nav Rad, Nav Plot, AEO. But in the mid 80's they took out the Nav's Plots position, which just left the Nav Rad doing the Nav's work and the AEO.
