Landing/takeoff during solar eclipses?
What happens then? - these things can make lots of darkness (even if for only a brief period).
Are landings/takeoffs postponed during totality?
Are runway lights switched on?

They don't postpone flights at night so why should they during an eclipse? Runway lights are switched on all day sometimes depending on visibility. Bottom line is that an eclipse has no effect on aviation that I know of.
Having witnessed the US eclipse last year, there is a 10 minute or so "dim period" before the totality phase where I would think the lights are needed lasting until 10 minutes after, but for a definitive answer, you might wish to email someone at Nashville Airport which was on the path of totailty during the aforementioned eclipse on August 21st last year.
