BBC is reporting the passenger had a "medical episode which resulted in an outburst".
Typical of the BBC though, they had to feature a photo; of a Lufthansa A321. Oh, and they also mentioned the incident occurred when the plane was "above Scotland". Above? Yeah, if you are looking at a map. "Above" the North Sea, really!
