Interpreting NOTAMS

This came through today.
8) H2462/15: Exercises will take place

Q) EGTT/QWELW/IV/BO/W/000/240/5202N00222W005
FORWARD AIR CTL EXER. UP TO 12 FAST JET ACFT WILL CONDUCT HIGH
ENERGY MANOEUVRES WI 5NM RADIUS 520210N 0022214W (EASTNOR CASTLE,
LEDBURY, HEREFORDSHIRE). MAJORITY ACT AT 2000FT AGL AND BLW. ACFT
MAY OPR OUTSIDE AREA AND MAY NOT COMPLY WITH RAC. ACFT SHALL REMAIN
CLR OF CONTROLLED AIRSPACE. CREWS WISHING TO TRANSIT AREA SHOULD CTC
HATCHET ON 292.150MHZ OR JAEGER CONTROL 242.250MHZ. OPS CTC 07789
933587 OR 07881 827279. 15-06-0501/AS7

How accurate are the latitude/longitude details compared to the given location? Reason for asking is that Eastnor Castle is many miles away from the latitude/longitude figures given. Reason for asking is that if it's 5NM from Eastnor then that covers where I live!!

Supplementary question...High Energy Manoeuvres? What does that mean?

TIA

Sounds like you are misinterpreting the quoted coordinates, which are in degrees/minutes/seconds and are less than a mile from Eastnor Castle.

Give the man a cigar!! Dave...that is so obvious now when I think about it. problem solved.

Explains why I was getting a bit confused when the Red Arrows did their flypast last evening over Malvern. Mind you, I did calculate their routing over Malvern bang on by using a process of deduction!

Grrrr......that was a busted flush. Sat all day on Clee Hill. Tornado circling forever. Then it disappeared. Then it came back. Then it went away again. Lots of very high level activity but nothing at low level. Hmmmmph!!
