FAA to CASA conversions

Hi guys,

although i am not a professional pilot i have had my PPL for a few years and am looking to obtain a commercial license over in the US. I have been chatting to a school over there that will train me up to instructor ratings and offer a internship to build hours. I am looking to gain 1500hrs over in the US and of course become a better pilot but i havn't been able to find any difinative information in converting FAA licenses to CASA. The CASA website isn't the best and i wanted to find out off others who have gone through the process how in depth it is and also how much it costs...

Cheers guys looking forward to your input.

Regards
