C-17 Into Donny today?

A C-17 flew low-ish, and getting lower, over my house, heading in the direction of Doncaster Sheffield Finningley this afternoon.
Does anyone have any info on this (now rare) sighting, please?

It had all of it's UAE markings blanked-out, anyone know the reason for this ?

A vain attempt at subtlety when stuffing a military freighter belonging to a muslim government with wine, cognac, champagne and whisky would be my guess.

Used to be a weekly occurrence at STN with a Herc iirc, known to everyone as the Saudi (?) booze truck.
