Ditto.

Perhaps a dedicated thread (similar to the FR24 thread) for boring nothing special videos people want to post to get their 2 minutes of fame.

Hang on a minute you two. This isn't a forum for professional spotters it is for ALL spotters regardless of age or ability. Who knows what difficulties mental and/or physical the poster may have had to overcome to obtain the video? I don't, and neither, I suspect do you.

You could very well be right DX, however, I don't honestly believe that PPRuNe is the right stage for this type of material. There are plenty of dedicated spotter sites where one can show off one's aviation photography or filming efforts. How would you (or the moderators for that matter) react if I was to start posting the thousands of aviation photos I take every year on here?

<<This isn't a forum for professional spotters >>

I thought it was the Professional Pilots network? There are myriads of web sites catering specifically for aviation enthusiasts where such postings would be much more appreciated.

Unnecessary use of an apostrophe as well. Shocking.

Here's one that at least shows a more original approach (no pun intended):

Apologies if it's been posted before.

Now that's much more interesting. Fascinating how aircraft seem to appear from below the glideslope.

Great video. The tilted up camera angle that naturally shows the joining machines being 'lower' is amusing. But a great example of ATC at work to the benefit of all.

I would just concur with the majority to say please less of such ok, but not really special offerings, as from the OP. Yes they might have just started out/have unknown challenges/be lonely etc, but as the web is FULL of welcoming and appropriate places for showing/sharing creativity in the air and here is not the place.
