I am sorry, I don't. I can only confirm they are starting interviews tomorrow already. And I repeat, all applicants had relevant experience on transport category aircraft or bizjets.
I think it would be a realistic conclusion that the profile they are looking for is not a fresh graduate from school, as for that they have cadet programs in place.

I think they are using the ATPL test to preselect candidates and then the real deal will be the interview and the simulator. And then based on how it goes for them, they will decide if they need to call other people.
I was surprised to see so many applicants in only one day.
They have time, it's for 2020, and from what I've seen a good amount of applicants are A320 rated.

Got the call today. Going for the second phase in a few days.
I don't have an A320 rating either. I only said that all candidates had jet experience, at least those I talked to. And quite a few A320 rated as well.

The experience was pretty much varied. People with less than 500 hours total but flying already jets and people with 3000+ hours on jets. They also called people rated but with no time on type.

Aviation Exam might help, but don't worry too much about the questions. From an operational point of view, they all made sense. The test was very far from your typical bs filled EASA exam.

Hi guys;
just did assessments today. It was over 100 pilots I would say. All experienced on all kind of planes. Good amount type rated.
english exam was fine, not difficult but you have to pay attention to the listenings as there is few different accents. Nothing difficult for some one with an average of English level, I d say good level 4 or above. As per ATPL, not difficult, as our colleague Banana Joe said, good read of ACE would be enough. No need for calculator at all. Anyway I thing exams have been written by Spanish speaking Personel and some questions are quiet difficult to understand. 100 questions in 120 min. Enough time.
I personally wouldn’t be able to say how did I do, as I haven’t prepare much due to short notice. Anyway, being on the line helped quiet a lot for the questions, as they focus on a daily operation. All jet based questions, probably for Turboprop pilots without experience on jet, i d recommend to go deeper on performance and high level flight operation.
Other than that, very nice and relaxed environment and lovely Vueling crew looking after us. Big amount of the pilots were French and the rest Spanish amongst other nationalities.
I won’t write this in Spanish, even though being Spanish native, as I understand everybody here Speaks English enough to understand me! Otherwise you shouldn’t be applying to Vueling as you won’t pass the English exam 🤪.
