Eye problem

Hi everyone

I have a question and I hope someone can help me

I’m going to start soon my journey to a commercial license in Europe

I’m wearing glasses and my astigmatism is 1.75 in both eyes

I read online that by EASA medical class 1 the limits is 2.0

And I want to know if you think it’s a risk to start the license with being so close to the limit ?

Thank you

Before even starting to study go to an AME and make sure you are able to pass CLASS I medical.
Spain full list of available AME found here: https://www.seguridadaerea.gob.es/la...s/default.aspx

Best of luck

No its not a risk. The 2.0 limit is only for initial medial. For revalidation its much more relaxed.
