100,000€ That's a hell of a lot of money. I see that it includes 200 flying hours TT and an A320 TR. Do people really think that they can finish with 200 hours and a TR and get a job flying A320s?

Of course not ! This package is an absolute Rubbish !!
with such a profile, the A320 rating will be completely useless.

I do not think so

Rubbish it is. But I am sure they will find an airline who will take them, that is the norm.

You pay for the TR and even if you do not know **** we will take you because you are cheaper and the regulation allow us to do so.

With the new MCL it will get even more interested! I can see in a few years airline jobs will be the worst paid. Here is my reasoning.
The airline will make a cadet program for a MCL (it will be cheaper than the normal route) and you get to fly big planes so people will go for it and since the plane fly itself you only need one guy knowing what is doing the other one is just riding along getting paid peanuts and after 5 or 10 years we can put the FO as a CAP and pay him peanuts and an ice cream for a few more years and the beauty is he can not go anywhere because his license is multi crew! so he is stuck with the airline for live. Hey! but the still can say I am a airline captain to the chicks!

Suerte colegas!
