JAR Operation
 

If anyone here is planning to start up a JAR operation, and is in need of the manuals required by authorities (Operation Manual, Training Manual and Maintenance Management Exposition), I have the stuff and the know how. I have worked with small airlines, helped them with their application, financial plan and with the preparation of the proper documents. I have a very good business plan on hand, but it is in a foreign language so it needs a translation if interested. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need information or assistance.

I may be interested. What language is the business plan in and is it generic or rather specific.

The Business Plan is made for an airline operating a medium size Jet in Europe. It is easy to change it into alike operations like cargo or for bigger or smaller a/c, but I don't know how good it would be for a Twin Otter operation in Mexico! :D

It is written in one of the Scandinavian languages.

That's only one of the airline projects we've been presented. I think the biggest stumbling block with the BP you have would be the translation from Scandinavian to English.

For example, accomplishing it in a timely accurate manner while being cost effective would appear to be rather onerous.

Ah, come on Moby I thought a talented guy like you would be multilingual and have no problems whatsoever translating the whole thing yourself. ;)
