Requesting the “Power of the PPRuNe”

IPG is beginning to build a database of insider secrets and values in cities and airports around the world for the benefit of all PPRuNeR’s. We’re looking for airline employees etc., especially crews, to post them on our Vacation Rental/Exchange Forum under “Travel Tips”. :)

We have just started this project and currently have a dozen listings from 99 cent breakfasts in Honolulu to shopping & hotel deals all around the world. I think you get the idea.

Although we doubt an incentive is necessary, ;) you do have to register to Post on the Forum (this only takes a couple of minutes). So we will be running a poll after the first 60 posts and the popular favorite will win four nights accommodation at our 5 star oceanfront Resort in the Caymans.

For those that don't mind us transferring the info over to our website just post it here.

I think I get the idea - how about this one - Spondivits is the only thatched-roof restaurant in Atlanta. It's speciality is delicious and reasonably priced seafood and you can get a great meal for under $US12. It's right by the airport, across the street from (ours) Delta's flight training center.

If you're coming into Atlanta on the redeye try the Silver Skillet. It's genuine southern cooking with red beans, rice and country ham. Not touristy, you can get country ham with gravy, eggs and corn muffin for $6.

Do you want me to post this on your VRE or will you do it?

It's already been done for you :D now all we need is a couple of more just like your last one. :)

I just got back from a trip to Guadalajara and they have the biggest market in Mexico and S. America it's quite incredible with some exceptional buys.

They have everthing under the sun like shopping in Beijing only in one location.

Hope this helps.

Sounds like what we're looking for, have you got a name for the market or was it basically the only big one.
