Danny and his team of administrators and moderators have the right to. Everyone joining PPRuNe agrees to abide by certain rules. If these are ignored or bent too far then it should not come as a surprise that action is taken to maintain the site in accordance with Danny's wishes, which are clearly stated up front to anyone joining.

In case you or anyone else has forgotten what the rules are, here's the link.

No where in those rules does it imply freedom of speech with guaranteed freedom from action by the site admins. Anyone wishing to start a site along the lines you advocate is free to do so. Please let us know where it is located once complete.

And remember, your rights to dictate how this site should be run are exactly the same as you pay to enjoy it ......... nil ;)

Danny is however open to ideas to improve the site, many of which you will all have seen acted upon in recent months.
