Speaking of the Stealth...
I did my PPL GFT on the same day that the Stealth landed at Fairford Airshow in 1997.
At one point during my test Gloucester Approach called all stations suggesting they keep a lookout for the Stealth bomber - - both my examiner and myself spent the next few minutes looking for it. We didn't see it - but then again isn't that the idea!!

Was at Honington just before it closed we had 6 in the circuit, from the runway caravan they looked impressive (very quiet)
APP could not see them on radar until they put the undercarriage down...
