To all of the Pilots in South East Asia. Cebu Pacific Philippines in particular. May I kindly, have some advice on how their assessment works?

From what I heard, it goes as follows or did they change anything from the assessment process?

1. Panel Interview
2. A320 Simulator Check/Assessment (What sim profile did they let you do?)

you can expect a online interview followed by simulator which focuses on a FCU or FMGC fault, followed by EO and OEI Approaches. Lots of CEB screening simulators do have some emphasis on the raw data flying

Does anybody have reliable salary/contract info for the FO postion Cebu are currently advertising?

FO with less than 1500 hrs on type gets around 65k to 70k php approx basic after tax. Then for every 1 hr flight you get paid 2235 php. Flight time Monthly 70 to 80 hrs or even more if you get based in manila

They are very unreliable, maybe they have a preference for certain nationalities

what are they offering?

I have applied for capt position with Cebu and its been more than 6 months since the application was submitted. The portal says " process ongoing " and haven't heard back from them yet. How much waiting time expected ? Also is there anyway I can contact them regarding any update. Thank you

That basically means not selected, some guys get called quick other guys never with no updates. I guess depending on who you know, or fit their profile they want.

Assuming you do 80 hours per month with the salary mentioned in one of the earlier posts (Works to around 249,000 PHP per month after tax).....what is the quality of life really like for an expat FO with that kind of salary in say Cebu or Manila?

Kind of interested to apply at some point, just not sure the drop in salary from what I currently get would be worth it in terms of having good quality of life and still being able to save a nice chunk of my monthly salary.

I heard from the grapevine that it's freeze hiring for now. Around 15 aircraft are grounded due to the P&W engine problems

do anyone has idea. i heard they are going to hire NTR also?
