ICAO Flight dispatcher Licence to JCAB Licence Conversion

I am trying to convert my ICAO flight dispatcher licento to JCAB but i couldnt find online information,

Anyone have and email or telephone number where i can get someinformation?

ICAO is not a Civil Aviation Authority and therefore they don't have the right to issue licenses. You mean to say that you have a dispatcher license from an ICAO member state.

Well, it depends on what member state issued your license and if Japan has a license conversion agreement with their Civil Aviation Authority.

Are you in Japan? Tokyo?

My best advice would be just to walk into the JCAB offices in Tokyo and ask. I have done this myself with good results, they were very helpful in providing the information I needed.

The other question is, assuming you are not Japanese what are you going to do with a dispatcher licence even if you do manage to somehow convert it?

I think you should to talk to JCAB office for this matter
