Use commercial aerosol lubricants for in-cabin applications

I'm interested in finding out if Malaysia Airlines Berhad use commercial aerosol lubricants like WD-40 for applications such as lubricating cabin and cockpit seat tracks?

WD40 is not a lubricant, it's a water dispersant/cleaner. It has very low lubricant properties.

From the WD-40 website:

The 5 Basic Functions: WD-40 Multi-Use Product cleans, protects, lubricates, penetrates and drives out moisture.
WD-40 Multi-Use Product protects metal from rust and corrosion, penetrates stuck or jammed parts, displaces moisture, and lubricates just about anything.
I'm trying to find out if MAB use the product.
