Study Material

Hello everyone.
Can anyone recommend some books that would be useful in preparation for an initial jet/turboprop type rating?
Also, which books would be good study material for the Indian ATPL exams?
Any suggstions on particular books/topics would be very helpful. Thanks.

Jet Transition

My old favourite is: "Handling The Big Jets" by D.P.Davis.

I still read it every now and then after 28 years. Equally informative for turbo prop and pure jet. I guess order via Amazon.com. Enjoy.
