Scoot started to send online assessment invitation to FO applicants. Some of my friends received email already.

Any info about where to prepare for this and what to expect next.

Also if anyone can share roaster pattern and pay info will be much helpful.

Yes, I'm done with the assessment and they gave me option to choose between Oct and Nov for next stage ( group assessment in singapore)

on what types do they hire now? where can I find basic contract info (basic pay, allowances, bond if any etc.)?

They hiring for 320 and 787 .

This is good advice.

Scoot is expecting neo and ceo excess crew so don't expect anything joining earlier than end of 2024. Better find a better airline than scoot if u can guys. Singapore is expensive as hell and scoot is well... Jus talk to the guys there and u will know lol

A320 NEO engine issues are affecting operators worldwide, early next year the picture might be a bit clearer regarding crew requirements. F/O numbers a bit light at the moment as many upgrades took place but pre COVID cadets are being brought back. A few who were laid off have returned but not in large numbers. A few are leaving for CX and the Middle East.

Internal movement from the bus to the 78 and new Embraer fleet is being advertised. China flying is increasing but dependent on aircraft and crew availability.

If interested, put in an application but don’t expect much until early next year. Remember Singapore is very expensive, doable if you’re single, a bit tight for a Captain with kids and an F/O with a family will struggle.

Is there anyone who applied for the Embraer fleet? Apparently first aircraft will arrive in march. Did they start the recruitment process already? Do they bond you if you are type rated? I heard that license conversion and medical can be very pricey and it is your cost.
