It’s amazing how an incompetently mismanaged airline can bag two wins in the World Travel Awards of late, despite being more or less grounded. I guess some people’s money still goes far in the Abode!

Maybe they got the award for being more or less grounded.

Curious, what nationality are most of the CC?

All the cabin crew are local. All but two pilots are local. All management local… From what I hear Royal Brunei is a mess and not the airline it once was. No direction No leadership No idea. To top it all off…….the Brunei DCA have no idea……which effectively makes RBA unregulated………..

I have it on good authority that the award has been granted due to the delicious boarding cocktail of coffee mixed with orange juice.
