anyone works at, or knows people in, Indonesia Air Asia branch?

I want to leave Europe ASAP and move to Bali specifically.
Any change someone knows how I can get a Bali base with Air Asia? There is only the main website and there are (now) no vacancies for any place in Indonesia. Does recruitment goes via KUL always or do Indonesia AA have their own proces?
