Licence verification letter from dgca

Hi
Could any one tell me how to get licence verification letter from dgca for Indian ATPL..
This is required document for vietnam airlines..

Ask the airline in Vietnam to write email to DGCA on [email protected] requesting for your licence verification. Then you need to follow it up with DGCA. Should max take a week.

ohhhh boy, that's wayy off. My verification took 3 months from DGCA even after the government agency where I fly at now sent the request for license verification.

You need to go into DGCA and hound them every week if you want it in a month or so.
