How do I contact Lao air cadet?(Cadet program)

I don't know how to contact them(agency). Is there any way to do this?

you need to go to their office in Vientiane and talk to the director of flight ops. It’s not the kind of cadet course that has an online form for you to apply. Good luck 😉
