q 400 v/s Atr 72 600

Hi guys , I have an offer on the Q 400 as a transition capt and another on the ATR 600 series . The initial impressions tell me the q 400 beats the atr but since there are more ATR operators in this region you think i should go on to the ATR or just go with the Q400.

Type doesn't matter; they both suck at large.

I'd suggest looking into T&C, roster patterns and airline stability when deciding on the new job, rather than type offered.
