Help! need to convert DGCA CPL/ATPL to EASA

Hi ! I have 2000 hours on A320 family. I have CPL right now and will be getting my ATPL issued soon. I live and work from Delhi Base. I need to get my license converted to EASA. I have tried researching but I don't think I am understanding it too well.

Things I specially have doubts about:
1) If I need to take COMPULSORY classes for the 14 ATPL exams that I need to pass.
2) Where do I apply for these exams and if they can be given in India.
3) is UK EASA different from say for example Dutch EASA?
4) How will the examiner take my Skill test and do I have to find one myself.
5) How difficult is it to get a job in Europe with my experience?

I would love for someone to explain the whole process in detail from start to finish so I don't get surprises! :ugh:

Ps: I have a European gf, so getting PR etc would be plausible.

Thanking a lot in advance :)

Just a quick question/ thought, most european countries need you to be a citizen or a PR holder to fly as a pilot there, so even with a EASA license you'll need that requirement, are you able to meet the same ?

My gf is European. I'll be able to fix that.

For most places, you dont only need PR but citizenship as you are required to have unrestricted right to live and work all over the EU in a lot of cases.
