HELP ! AIRCRAFT registered in INDIA.

Can anyone look forward in the following !!

Are the following aircraft's valid in the Indian airspace OR registered by DGCA

PIPER CADET
PIPER WARRIOR - III
ARROW

Only pipers I have seen flying are piper senecas.. lots of Cessna 152 and 172's
