Daltonism - Colour blindness

Hi guys...
I’m a Pilot in Brazil, and I have daltonism. So, the aviation in my country is not very weel, and I’m thinking to leave, and try new horizons. Due to my problem , I’m a little bit scared, to apply in a couple companies and be disappointing after receive a big NO, for my little problem.
My intentions here is try to find any countries that aceppt this problem(like in Brazil). I can’t see that plates (Ishihara), but i now all the colors sepparetly, like the organization requires.
I’m a Atr 72 first Officer, frozen atpl, with Icao 4.. total flight time 2500(2000 on type).
If someone could help me I ll be ao glad.
I need a job and I ll fight for this! Thank ou so much :O

Se a Azul esta contratando e Avianca tambem entao como que a aviacao ai esta mal?
Anyways you should try to upgrade to captain before thinking about leaving your home country or at least get to fly 500hours in some jet over 50tons 1000 would be better than you'll have better chances if ATR as an FO low time and English 4 I don't think you'll be competitive independent of your color blindness.
Just my couple cents

Actually, there's a few good jobs for non type FOs in Asia specially, i left Brazil as an ATR FO, 2500+ tt hours and full atpl to an A320 job in South Asia. Honestly, i don't think that being a captain on an ATR would help a lot (but jet hours over 50 tons increases a lot the possibilities).

Yes my friend, definitely, an ATR Captain won’t help me so much, but, taking the left seat, i ll get the Full ATPL too, and this is so interesting for me ;).
Probably I ll wait, cause get a new job here it’s impossible when you don’t have the indication (even in Avianca).

320 on South Asia looks pretty good. Congratulation :). It’s nice see Brazilians flying abroad.

Your colour-vision problem is not in question as long you pass the CAD and Lantern Tests, I've seen some very mild color deficient pilots who are more experienced and better than me, however, for a job I suggest you to upgrade to A320 or Boeing 737 in Brazil first, then build up 1000hrs on the type then consider changing the airline/country.
ICAO English 4 is okay but work toward 5 which brings you some good job opportunities in Persian gulf based airlines.
