Hainan- up to date info

There is very little info here about Hainan, and what there is is old ( and very negative).
Does anyone have any up to date info with regards to basings, sticking to the contract and general atmosphere. Specifically on the787. I've been told they have some western management in to help relations. Is this true?

Hello guys, is there any expat pilot working for Hainan Airlines wishing to give some feedback about working conditions, life etc.?
